Over 10 years of experience, in ASIC architecture and/or network system architecture.
At least 2-3 years experience in ASIC development
Requirements:
· Deep system level understanding
· At least 5 years experience in ASIC development and micro architecture.
· Practical experience broadband access and core technologies – knowledge in switching, PON technologies, traffic management, routing, Multicast, classification, DSL, Voip, video distribution, SOC
· Leadership and management skills, ability to influence others
· Excellent interpersonal relationship, and cooperative team player
· Experience in technical meeting at customer premises, driving new ideas and concepts to the market.
· Software architecture knowledge is an advantage
